The present invention relates to a device for quantitatively evaluating an aging level of a cerebrovascular portion based on a derivative photoplethymogram analysis measured in an earlobe. Especially, an earlobe is used as a measurement portion wherein the earlobe is near a brain, enables noninvasive surface measurement, and has a low contamination degree of surface muscle motion. Transmitted light is received in a light source-light detecting mode to measure photoplethysmogram (PTG) converted into an electrical signal. Intervals and amplitude ratio indexes of major negative and positive peaks are calculated in a second derivative photoplethymogram (SDPTG) waveform which differentiates the measured PTG two times. A functional age of an earlobe microvessel is quantitatively calculated based on a clinical statistical aging tendency equation depending on an age of each index so that the functional age is compared with a chronological age, thereby evaluating an aging (degraded) level of the cerebrovascular portion.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
