The present invention relates to a honey composition comprising Curcuma aromatica having liver function improvement and gastritis inhibitory activities, capable of effectively inhibiting hepatotoxicity and gastritis induced by administration of alcohols, wherein effective components of the composition can be used as a functional food or a food additive having an antidiabetic effect, and to a manufacturing method thereof. The composition has liver function improvement and gastritis inhibitory activities based on combinations of honey and Curcuma aromatica and can increase processing suitability for commercialization by mixing honey, which is inconvenient to carry and store due to the unique properties of honey and has limited processing processability as a food, with a material having bioactivity such as Curcuma aromatica.
