The present invention relates to an essence for hair care and to a method of manufacturing the same. According to the present invention, the methods includes: a step for manufacturing a primary mixture containing 85.2-87.8 weight% of purified water, 8.5-9.8% weight% of mineral oil, 1.1-2.3 weight% of nonxynol-12, 1.2-2.3 weight% of methylchloroisothiazolinone, 1.3-2.5 weight% of raw black sesame oil extract, and 1.2-2.3 weight% of aloe extract; a step for heating the primary mixture to 60°C; a step for cooling the heated primary mixture in a sealed container in vacuum at a room temperature; a step for manufacturing a secondary mixture by adding 0.1-1.2 weight% of benzophenone-9, a fragrance, and 0.2-2.3 weight% of propylene glycol to 98.2-99.8 weight% of the primary mixture; and a step for maturing the secondary mixture for 2-3 days to manufacture the essence for hair care. The essence can be adsorbed into the hair, pores, and cuticula layer of the hair follicle to add moisture to dried hair, to protect scalp, and to add vitality and freshness to damaged pores and follicles, and freshness while also enhancing breeziness of the hair.
