The present invention relates to an emulsion composition for alleviating wrinkles comprising a sea buckthorn leaf extract, a sea buckthorn seed oil and an emulsifier, and a cosmetic material for alleviating wrinkles comprising the same. An emulsion composition for alleviating wrinkles according to the present invention comprises a sea buckthorn extract and a sea buckthorn seed oil derived from natural materials having excellent effects for alleviating skin wrinkles as active ingredients, thereby being used for alleviating skin wrinkles when applied to the skin. Also, the average particle size is 70 to 100 μm. The average particle size is small and uniform and the surface area coming in contact with the skin is large so effective components included in a sea buckthorn extract and a sea buckthorn seed oil having skin wrinkle alleviation effects can be supplied to the skin in bulk.
