The present invention relates to an eco-friendly power generation method continuously generating electricity by using a gravity acceleration action generator combined with a right angle falling power plant that increases power generation efficiency. The present invention implements an eco-friendly pumping-up power generation method configured such that a first water storage apparatus such as a reservoir or a dam is installed at the upstream of deep mountain valleys to store water and then a second water storage apparatus such as a reservoir or a dam is installed at the downstream of low places to store water so as to generate electricity by generating gravity action and gravity acceleration action between the first water storage and the second water storage. Therefore, high-efficiency electricity is permanently generated by the generated high water pressure, and thus, it is possible to be self-sufficient in the most of energy that is lacking.
