The present invention relates to a new method of analyzing a sea clutter signal, and more particularly, to a time series analysis method of a sea clutter using an outlier detection method. The time series analysis method includes a step of estimating the time series model of a sea clutter by modeling a differential signal obtained by differentiating the sea clutter according to a time series model setting rule; a step of detecting the spike of the sea clutter by applying an outlier detection method based on the estimated time series model; and a step of removing the detected spike from the sea clutter to stabilize the sea clutter signal. It is possible to efficiently analyze the sea clutter signal.
