The present invention aims to provide a method for collecting diagnostic data which is useful and has high accuracy or a diagnostic kit when diagnosing extrahepatic bile duct carcinoma, intrahepatic bile duct carcinoma, or gallbladder carcinoma. An antibody specifically binding to CEACAM1, or a diagnostic kit having the label and the like are used to diagnose the concentration of CEACAM1 in a blood sample derived from a subject, and when the concentration of CEACAM1 is higher than the concentration of CEACAM1 in a blood sample derived from a non-cancer control group or than a certain threshold (cut-off value), the subject can collect data to diagnose that there is possibility of contracting extrahepatic bile duct carcinoma, intrahepatic bile duct carcinoma, or gallbladder carcinoma.
