According to the present invention, the welding accident prevention system using wireless communications based on a power line comprises: a power control unit for controlling power supply; a welding device for receiving power from the power control unit through a first power line; a portable welding feeder for receiving power from the welding device through a second power line, and supplying a welding wire at a predetermined speed; a wearable communications unit for receiving operation location information and receiving evacuation guide information; a sensor unit attached to the portable welding feeder, and sensing an emergency situation; a first communications unit attached to the portable welding feeder, receiving and transmitting the operation location information and emergency situation information from the sensor unit, and transferring the received evacuation guide information to the wearable communications unit; a first signal coupling unit for transferring the information outputted from the first communications unit to the second power line, collecting the information transmitted through the second power line, and transmitting the information to the first communications unit; a first bypass unit for bypassing the welding device to transmit information between the first power line and the second power line; a second bypass unit for bypassing the power control unit to transmit information between the first power line and the outside; and a management server for determining whether an emergency situation occurs for each operation location on the basis of the information received from the second bypass unit, and transmitting the evacuation guide information to the second bypass unit.
