According to the present invention, a polycarbosilane (PCS) fiber clustering device comprises: a first clustering unit including a first main body having opened and cylindrical top and bottom portions and a first introduction pipe formed on a lateral side of the first main body so as to introduce air into an internal space of the first main body from the outside; and a second clustering unit including a second main body having opened and cylindrical top and bottom portions and a second introduction pipe formed on a lateral side of the second main body to introduce air into an internal space of the second main body from the outside. The second clustering unit is separated at a lower side of the first clustering unit.
