The present invention relates to a movable vehicle type desalination apparatus of brackish water having an ultrahigh speed solid and liquid separation system, a pretreatment filter, a reverse osmosis separation membrane and a blending device, and to a method for desalinating brackish water using the same. According to the present invention, the lifespan of a reverse osmosis membrane becomes longer; the speed of desalination quickens; and the drug amount for SBS or anti-scale is reduced. So, much brackish water can be effectively and economically desalinated.
