The present invention relates to a three-dimensional atmospheric environmental data generation system and a visualization method. According to an aspect of the present invention, the environmental information can be three-dimensionally provided by performing moving observation using a drone at each aerial point designated by a user in an arbitrary target area of interest as well as performing fixed observation at a fixed observation point installed by the user in an arbitrary target point of interest on the ground so as to collect position information for each time zone and observation information. Also, the observation data reanalyzed with a three-dimensional mesh can be visualized and provided a display of a terminal.
