The present invention relates to a system and a method for alarming radioactivity diffusion for an emergency response in a nuclear accident by using a radioactivity diffusion database. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the system for alarming radioactivity diffusion for an emergency response in a nuclear accident by using a radioactivity diffusion database comprises: a database which stores modeling information of a radioactivity diffusion path; a program which selects a radioactivity diffusion path; and an outputting device which alarms a radioactivity diffusion path. The system and the method for alarming radioactivity diffusion for an emergency response in a nuclear accident by using a radioactivity diffusion database according to the present invention can reduce damage to people and property due to radioactivity.
