The present invention relates to a reforming additive for self-crosslinking asphalt, and more specifically, to a reforming additive for self-crosslinking asphalt which is capable of improving the properties and the inner cohesiveness of the asphalt by increasing adhesiveness between the aggregates in an asphalt concrete mixing step, thereby improving the strength of the asphalt concrete, a method for manufacturing the same, and a recycled cold asphalt containing the same. According to the present invention, the reforming additive can lower the viscosity of the asphalt thereby improving workability and shortening curing time and construction period. Further, the reforming additive of the present invention contains acrylic emulsion, and the acrylic emulsion increases the adhesiveness of the asphalt and the cohesiveness between the aggregates, which improves a Marshall stability value and a flow value necessary for the asphalt concrete and minimizes usage of virgin aggregates. The reforming additive of the present invention also enables the waste asphalt concrete which is the industrial waste to be recycled and used in the industrial fields, thereby protecting the environment and improving economic efficiency. Further, the reforming additive of the present invention contains a heat crosslinking agent and improves the properties of the asphalt by using cross linking characteristics in high temperature, thereby enhancing the durability of the asphalt concrete related to plastic deformation, fatigue crack, abrasion, or secession resistance.
