The present invention relates to a method for operating a chatting server comprises the steps of: receiving a key value generated in response to a request for switching from telephone counseling to chatting counseling from an intelligent network server; receiving a connection request from a customer terminal through a connection URL including the key value; searching a counselor terminal responding to the switching request by using counselor terminal identification information mapped on the key value according to the connection request; and providing chatting counseling between the customer terminal and the searched counselor terminal by using customer terminal identification information mapped on the key value.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
