The present invention relates to a method of producing an inorganic paint for painting non-ferrous metals containing graphene; and an inorganic paint composition for painting non-ferrous metals containing graphene. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method of producing a highly functional inorganic paint for painting non-ferrous metals that shows excellent durability and thermal conductivity while emitting far-infrared rays beneficial to a human body by mixing powder graphene having excellent thermal conductivity with a liquid silica sol emitting far-infrared rays. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a step in which a liquid silica sol and a sealant are mixed with a solvent, isopropyl alcohol, and thoroughly stirred for 2-3 hours to produce a first liquid binder; a step in which the first liquid binder is mixed with powder graphene, a filler and a pigment, and stirred for 8-10 hours to produce a second binder; and a step in which the second binder is mixed with a small amount of an adhesion enhancement reagent, and aged for 9-11 hours.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
