A method and apparatus for preventing a squint in viewing a binocular display according to the present invention includes a step of displaying a first indicator on a first display part, a step of adjusting the position of a first lens part so that the first indicator is positioned in the predetermined area of the first display part according to an input from a user, a step of displaying and blinking a second indicator on a second display part, and a step of adjusting the position of a second lens part so that the afterimage of the second indicator overlaps with the first indicator according to an input from the user.
