In order to accomplish the above object, the present invention provides a method for reinforcing a mine shaft ground of a mesa shield tunnel of a mesa shield tunneling excavation method for digging soil of a clay ground by setting a steel support on an excavated excavation surface. The ground reinforcement method includes reinforcement on both sides, reinforcement on both sides, and reinforcement on a blind end. A plurality of through holes through which a chemical liquid injection pipe is inserted are formed in a steel material support nearest to the surface. The chemical liquid injection pipe is inserted into the ground of the expected excavation section through the through hole, such that the angle between the excavation surface and the chemical liquid injection pipe is set at a predetermined angle to prevent the occurrence of a reinforcing blind spot.
