The present invention relates to a technology about system and method for selecting a personalized anti-cancer agent for an androgen receptor overexpression patients using circulating tumor cells of patients with prostate cancer, and more specifically, to system and method for selecting an optimized personalized anti-cancer agent among various candidates of anti-cancer agents through separation of the circulating tumor cells from blood of the androgen receptor overexpression patients by using a rare cell separation device and through anti-cancer agent reaction tests.
