A safe driving device for detecting fatigued driving and forcibly combating fatigue, comprising a vehicle interior. Installed in the vehicle interior are an angle sensor, a voice module, a speed sensor, a start/stop recorder module, a timer, and a central controller, where the angle sensor: is installed on the steering wheel, collects angle information of steering wheel movements, and transmits to the central controller; the speed sensor: is installed at the position of a vehicle axle, collects speed information of the vehicle, and transmits in real-time to the central controller; the start/stop recorder module: is connected to the speed sensor, records vehicle axle stop information, and transmits information of a stopover of 20 minutes or more to the central controller; and the central controller: is installed at any position in the vehicle interior and is connected to the timer, receives the speed information of the speed sensor and the angle information of the angle sensor, and transmits prompt information to voice module when the difference of the speed information or angle information exceeds speed threshold S or angle threshold J in 10 s.
