A method for a computer simulating a human brain to learn knowledge, a logic inference machine, and a brain-like artificial intelligence service platform. The method for a computer simulating a human brain to learn knowledge comprises: establishing a computer brain-like knowledge library, including a word library, a class library, a resource library, and an intelligent information management library; a computer being used to invoke a semantic analyzer to create, in a class manner, basic class elements, wherein same are generated from a single sentence in a natural language statement, and a semantic nature and to store same in the class library; and based on intelligent knowledge elements in the class library, the computer invoking the semantic analyzer to generate an intelligent application program for intelligent application requirements, and storing same in the intelligent information management library. The method artificially simulates, for a computer system, a human brain for recognizing a cognitive model of an objective thing with intelligent calculation and determination and an intelligent mechanism for performing logic inference based on the cognitive model, so as to realize the learning and working of a machine simulating the intelligent functions of the human brain, and thereby forming a brain-like artificial intelligence service platform.
