The memory 103 stores execution record information which includes: information identifying a library used in a past data analysis; and a past analysis data statistical profile, which is a statistical profile of past analysis data subjected to data analysis using the library. The CPU 102: identifies an analysis target data statistical profile, which is a statistical profile of data to be analyzed, serving as the target of data analysis; identifies, on the basis of the similarity between the past analysis data statistical profile of past analysis data subjected to data analysis using the library and the analysis target data statistical profile, a degree of validity indicating the validity of using the library in data analysis of the data to be analyzed; and prioritizes information relating to the library with high validity and outputs the same.
