The present invention allows a folded washer which, along with a one-way bolt, has passed through a fastening hole of a member to be fastened to unfold on its own, thereby allowing the one-way bolt to be caught in the fastening hole and, together with a nut, fasten the member to be fastened. The fastening work for the member to be fastened is performed by means of: the folded washer having a pair of split pieces interconnected by means of an elastic coupling member; the one-way bolt having a head portion the outer diameter of which is smaller than the inner diameter of the fastening hole of the member to be fastened; and a dedicated tool for clamping the folded washer and the one-way bolt, thereby enabling the fastening work.
