摘要
A method for acquiring, in an ultra-fast manner and from a non-uniform magnetic field environment, a high-resolution nuclear magnetic resonance two-dimensional J-resolved spectrum. By using the combined action of a selective excitation module and a reunion sampling module, the method breaks through the limits of a traditional two-dimensional J spectrum, effectively eliminates the influence of magnetic field non-uniformity in an encoding direction (z direction), and theoretically eliminates magnetic field non-uniformity in xy directions by means of slow sample rotation, thereby obtaining a high-resolution spectrum by means of a single instance of scanning in a non-uniform magnetic field environment, greatly shortening the experimental period and extending the application field of a two-dimensional J spectrum. Based on single-channel sampling, further provided is a multi-channel sampling method capable of effectively improving the signal-to-noise ratio of a single-scanning J spectrum.
