An authenticity inquiry server for inquiring about authenticity determination information in which feature information specific to a product is used, wherein the authenticity inquiry server is provided with: a first acquisition means for acquiring, from a first database, authenticity determination information pertaining to the authenticity of a product that corresponds to feature information transmitted from a client device; a second acquisition means for acquiring, from a second database, additional information pertaining to the feature information, the additional information being separate from the authenticity determination information; and a transmission means for transmitting the authenticity determination information acquired by the first acquisition means and the additional information acquired by the second acquisition means to the client device that transmitted the feature information.
