A scheduling method and system for optimizing transportation before/during/after holding national and international events is provided. The transportation scheduling method comprises: receiving information on multiple departures, information on multiple destinations, and information on multiple transportation resources; and generating a schedule for transporting persons from multiple departures to multiple destinations by multiple transportation resources, wherein the multiple departures and the multiple destinations include at least one of a set of departures and destinations before an event is held, a set of departures and destinations while the event is held, and a set of departures and destinations after the event is held. Accordingly, the basis of scheduling for transportation optimization that covers the overall process of holding national and international events can be established by optimizing transportation before/during/after the events are held.
