An embodiment of the present application discloses a safety monitoring method and a device for virtual reality equipment, and a virtual reality equipment. The method comprises: monitoring whether environment information obtained by environment-perception equipment is matched with preset safety critical information; and when the monitored environment information is matched with the preset safety critical information, displaying a real scene screen shot by camera equipment in a displaying page of a virtual reality scene. The embodiment of the present application can help a user of the virtual reality equipment quickly enter a real scene, thereby ensuring user security and improving user experience.
