A wellbore and formation crack coupled flow simulation experiment device, the device consisting of a simulation wellbore flow system, a simulation formation system, a simulation crack system and a data acquisition system. Further disclosed is an experimental method of the simulation experiment device: (I) a drilling fluid being pumped into a simulation drill rod (9), then being returned by means of an annulus of a simulation wellbore (8), adjusting fluid pressure in the simulation wellbore (8) by means of a liquid pressure regulating valve (2) and a constant pressure relief valve (10) to simulate an actual wellbore environment; (II) after gas-liquid mixing is carried out on water and gas, entering a simulation formation (12); (III) adjusting simulation formation gas-liquid content and simulation formation pressure by means of the liquid pressure regulating valve (2), a gas pressure regulating valve (13) and the constant pressure relief valve (10) so as to simulate a formation environment; (IV) turning on a switch of a simulation crack to simulate wellbore crack coupled flow. The device may simulate flow replacement of a formation fluid and a wellbore circulation drilling fluid when a drill meets a formation crack and may more fully reflect the impact of a crack on wellbore flow, thereby providing more accurate and reliable data support and a theoretical basis for in-depth studies on wellbore and formation crack coupled flow.
