The invention concerns a device for smoking tobacco in a device consisting of three tubes, keeping the tobacco rolled lengthwise without using a paper tube to hold the tobacco. It consists of a first tobacco-holding tube (1) comprising a slot (4), around which there are holes (3), that provides access to a compartment (2) inside the tube (1) where the rolling tobacco is placed, a second tube (6) sliding over the outer part of the tube (1) in order to cover the compartment (2) where the tobacco is placed, or moving to the non-slotted, hole-free, left-hand side of the tobacco-holding tube (1); a third hollow tube (5) sliding inside the tobacco-holding tube (1), allowing the device to be shortened or extended; the user pulls the tube (5) to extend the device, fills the compartment (2) with tobacco, pushes the tube (6) to cover the compartment (2), and lights the end of the compartment (2), sucking the smoke from the burning tobacco through the end of the tube (5). When the user is not sucking smoke from the device, the sliding tube (6) is pulled to the back of the tobacco compartment (2) so as to expose the compartment to the open air in order to allow the tobacco to burn. The device according to the invention is intended, in particular, for smoking rolling tobacco without using a paper tube to keep the tobacco positioned lengthwise in a tube.
