The present invention discloses a method for integrated and comprehensive acquisition of image data. The method comprises: step 200: photographing, by means of a lens or a lens assembly of a master photographing device, an image of the relative position of a fixed microimage acquisition device with respect to an imaged object; and step 300: under photographing control of the master photographing device, transferring a microimage collected by the fixed microimage acquisition device to the master photographing device; and the method may further comprise step 100: photographing an overall image of the imaged object by using the lens or the lens assembly of the master photographing device. The above three steps form a complete, accurate and ordered process for image data acquisition. The image data acquired in each step is input to a unified storage device in the master photographing device, and mutually independent completed data areas will be naturally formed along with each imaged object, facilitating direct storage and transfer and the formation of a new service model combining acquisition, accurate positioning, and integrated management and application. Also disclosed is a forensic verification system.
