A centrally installed switchgear. The centrally installed switchgear is provided with a circuit breaker (2), wherein when the circuit breaker (2) is turned on or turned off, an eddy current magnetic field may be generated with regard to a cabinet body of the centrally installed switchgear, and the eddy current magnetic field generates eddy current loss with regard to the cabinet body; and a material (1) having a high magnetic conductivity is arranged in the eddy current magnetic field. The advantage of the centrally installed switchgear is: by means of a magnetic shielding principle in a transformer, a material having a high magnetic conductivity is placed in an eddy current magnetic field of a switchgear, so that the eddy current magnetic field enters the material having a high magnetic conductivity, thereby greatly reducing the magnetic flux in a cabinet body, and thus reducing the eddy current loss.
