Scientists have shown that adequate levels of iodine are necessary for normal brain development, function and IQ. Iron has also been shown to be important for normal brain and cognitive function. Further, scientists have also shown zinc is essential for normal brain development and cognitive function. This also contains the antioxidant Vitamin C in a formula of specific concentration levels which may provide immune support and enhance iron absorption. Iron and Zinc may further assist with healthy immune function. It is to be consumed on a daily and regular basis by children and adults.
