The present invention relates to a method for distributing active power between microgrids in a multi microgrid, comprising the steps of: collecting output information of each microgrid in the multi microgrid; calculating a total output, of the multi microgrid, which is required for frequency control of an entire power system frequency; classifying microgrids, which can participate in frequency control, of the multi microgrid; calculating an output command for the participating microgrids classified in the step of classifying the microgrids, which can participate, with respect to the total output calculated in the step of calculating the total output; and distributing, to the participating microgrids, the output command calculated in the step of calculating the output command. According to the present invention, active power between microgrids participating in frequency control in a multi microgrid can be efficiently distributed.
