Provided in the present invention is a stereoscopic panoramic image system comprising an image obtaining means, an image processing means, an image displaying means, and an image selection means. The image obtaining means comprises a base part on a lower portion and a rotating part on an upper portion, wherein the rotating part is connected to the base part so as to infinitely rotate about the base part with a rotary shaft at the center. On the rotating part, two line scan cameras having the same specifications are arranged next to each other in the same direction, an imaging lens mounted on the cameras have a view angle of at least 180 degrees in the direction of the rotary shaft, and a cross-sectional surface perpendicular to the optical axis of the imaging lens has a width measured in the perpendicular direction with respect to the rotary shaft that is narrower than the height measured in the rotary shaft direction, and wherein the long shaft of the imaging lens maintains the rotary shaft direction even when the imaging lens shifts in the optical axis direction.
