A Dioscorea cirrhosa drying technique and a Dioscorea cirrhosa drying device for manufacturing a Dioscorea cirrhosa fabric. The Dioscorea cirrhosa drying technique comprises the steps: (1) immersion dyeing step: fully-immersing a flat woven product in Dioscorea cirrhosa juice; (2) pre-heating step: heating, by using a heating device, equidistant areas from a top and bottom side or from only a single side of the flat woven product; (3) illuminating step: uniformly illuminating, by using an ultraviolet and/or infra-red light, areas equidistant from the top and bottom sides or from only a single side of the woven product; (4) uniform wetting; (5) uniform cooling; and (6) repeating the dyeing and illuminating steps: repeating steps (1) to (5) as required for 10-20 times. Using ultraviolet light to dry the Dioscorea cirrhosa eliminates the influence of weather and other natural factors when sun-drying the Dioscorea cirrhosa, improving the production efficiency for manufacturing a Dioscorea cirrhosa fabric, and enhancing the luster, color difference, and color fastness of the Dioscorea cirrhosa fabric. The invention improves the appearance and quality of the Dioscorea cirrhosa fabric, and realizes standardized production of a Dioscorea cirrhosa drying technique and stable manufacturing of a product complying with a standard of Dioscorea cirrhosa fabrics.
