[Problem] To provide a circuit design assist system, a circuit design assist method, a circuit design assist program, and a recording medium having said program recorded thereon that enable designing while taking into account the stochastic behavior of stochastically behaving elements and enable the evaluation of the effects of the stochastic behavior of the stochastically behaving elements on circuit behavior reliability. [Solution] A digital evaluation means 26 performs logic synthesis on circuit information described in HDL, a stochastic behavior gate library 22 having behavior information based on changes in stochastic element values of stochastically behaving elements, and a logic gate library 23 having behavior information concerning logic gates that do not include stochastically behaving elements, and performs behavior evaluation on each logic gate and the circuit as a whole. An analog evaluation means 25 performs behavior evaluation on the stochastically behaving elements on the basis of the circuit information, an analog behavior model 21 having information stochastically indicating changes in element values of stochastically behaving elements, the stochastic behavior gate library 22, and the logic gate library 23.
