Disclosed are a fusion model-based intellectualized health management server and system, and a control method therefor. The method comprises: a health management server acquiring a multi-source heterogeneous sensing feature signal from a data collection apparatus; recognizing, according to the multi-source heterogeneous sensing signal, a set of feature state vectors for reflecting a human body health state; acquiring a diagnosis/prediction strategy, and performing fusion analysis on the set of feature state vectors according to the diagnosis/prediction strategy, so as to generate a health management decision; and an interaction terminal outputting the health management decision, and providing, to a user, a feedback intervention training mechanism based on the health management decision. By means of the embodiments provided in the present invention, multi-scale and high-precision quantitative calibration can be realized, so that the health state of a decision-making individual and an intervention or prevention means needing to be taken can be fused, and a user is guided to realize optimized and reliable health adjustment and control, thereby improving the user experience.
