Topical pharmaceutical composition characterized in that it is an oil / water emulsion at a rate of 10/90 to 45/55 by weight comprising a combination of: (a) micronized methotrexate monohydrate from 0.05% to 2% by weight total composition; (b) alpha-bisabolol from 0.1 to 10% by total weight of the composition; (c) allantoin from 0.1 to 10% by total weight of the composition; and (d) pharmaceutically acceptable excipients.
