A procedure to predict the risk, for a female subject, of developing at least one adverse consequence, which is related to preeclampsia, after giving birth to a child, said procedure, comprising the stages of: a ) measure, in a first sample obtained from a female subject, with a pregnancy without notable events, before giving birth to the child, (i) the level of the biomarker sFlt-1 (tyrosine kinase similar to type 1 fms, soluble) or the level of the biomarker Endoglina, and (ii) the level of the biomarker PIGF (Placental Growth Factor), b) calculate the first ratio factor of the biomarker levels, as measured in stage a), c ) measure, in a second sample obtained from the aforementioned female subject, after giving birth to the child, the levels of biomarkers measured in stage a), d) calculate the second ratio factor of the levels measured in the stage c), and e) compare the second The relationship factor with the first relationship factor.
