An exhaust gas treatment system with CO2 chemical absorption equipment, including the system: a heat recovery unit including: a heat recovery device (4) for recovering heat from the exhaust gases discharged from a boiler (1) and supply the recovered heat to a heating medium, and a heat exchange device (36) to transfer the recovered heat from the heating medium to an absorbent solution distributed from a CO2 regeneration column (26), which has a packed bed (48), to a reboiler (30) by means of the heat exchange device (36), in which the heating means is circulated between the heat exchange device (36) and the heat recovery device (4); or a heat recovery device (4) for recovering heat from the exhaust gases discharged from a boiler (1) and supplying the recovered heat to an absorbent solution distributed from a CO2 regeneration column (26), which has a bed packaging (48), to a reboiler (30) by means of the heat recovery device (4); and including CO2 chemical absorption equipment: a CO2 absorption column (25) to put an absorbent solution that has flowed into the CO2 absorption column (25) in contact with the exhaust gases that have passed through the recovery device (4) so that the absorbent solution absorbs CO2 contained in the exhaust gases, the packed bed (48) of the CO2 regeneration column (26) to heat the absorbent solution that has absorbed CO2 to release CO2 from the absorbed CO2 absorbing solution, a tray (55) in a lower portion of the CO2 regeneration column (26) for storing the released CO2 absorbing solution; a tube (47) for distributing the absorbed CO2 absorbing solution from the CO2 absorption column (25) to the CO2 regeneration column (26), a tube (41) for distributing the CO2 absorbing solution released from a portion bottom of the CO2 regeneration column (26) to the CO2 absorption column (25), the reboiler (30) to heat the absorbent solution, which has passed through the heat recovery unit, using steam, and a tube (35, 33, 57) to circulate the absorbent solution between the CO2 regeneration column (26) and the reboiler (30), including the tube (35, 33, 57) (i) a feed tube of reboiler solution (35) to feed the CO2 absorbing solution released from the tray (55) to the reboiler (30), the heat recovery device (4) being arranged to heat the CO2 absorbing solution released between the tray (55) ) and the reboiler (30), (ii) a regenerative column steam tube ration (33) that is arranged to feed steam, generated from the heated absorbed CO2 absorbing solution, from the reboiler (30) to the CO2 regeneration column (26) under the packed bed (48), and (iii ) a regeneration column solution feed tube (57) for feeding CO2 absorbing solution released from the reboiler (30) to the lower portion of the CO2 regeneration column (26); where the absorbent solution contains an amine.
