It relates to a method for assessing a subject previously diagnosed with non aggressive prostate cancer.Which includes: (i) to submit a Blood sample to one or more immunoassays that measure the levels of one or more markers of kallikrein selected free prostate specific antigen (FPSA)Prostate Specific Antigen, intact (IPSA),Total prostate specific antigen (TPSA) and Human kallikrein 2 (hk2); and (ii) to determine the probability that a Biopsy of Prostate Tissue obtained from the subject contain Prostate Cancer agrEsivo detectable weighing one or more markers of kallikrein Measured and at least one Clinical factor.It also relates to the use of a computer with a storage and a system for determining a probability of occurrence associated with Prostate Cancer
