The present invention relates to a biocontrol agent of fungi, nematodes and phytopathogenic insects, specifically, to a method of producing a bacterial consortium and a culture medium for obtaining a bio-fungicide. Said bio-fungicide contains a new isolate of Bacillus Subtilis strain Bk-Bs-01, Bk-Bs-02, and Bk-Bs-03. Also, it includes the liquid formulation of the stable product at temperatures of up 18°C to 30°C, allowing the stimulation of the growth of the plants and comprises a) 0% -99% of the strain Bk-Bs-01, b) 1% -99% of the strain Bk-Bs-03, and c) 1% -99% of the strain Bk-Bs-02, adding a total of 100%. The liquid culture medium for obtaining the bio-fungicide is constituted by potato starch, dextrose, yeast extract and mineral salts and the production method comprises three different stages of scaling. The bio-fungicide possesses a high antagonistic capability against phytopathogenic fungi of The Genus Rhizoctonia, Fusarium, Alternaria, Phytophthora, Sclerotium, Sclerotinia, a nd Botrytis. Moreover, it shows a significant effect on the mobility of phytopathogenic nematodes of the genera Meloidogyne, Pratylenchus and Nacobbus, and generates an effect of repellency in adults and mortality of nymphs in the insect Bemisia Tabaci.
