A dual post solar cell panel mounting structure which is light weight for support and a telescopic arrangement which is simple and easy to operate for changing the angle of orientation of the panel to capture maximum amount of sunlight is disclosed in the present invention. A method of changing the angle of orientation of the solar panels for seasonal variation is also disclosed with minimal effort and no strain in the modules by lifting uniformly and the telescopic arrangement is provided in such a way that it can lift or lower the panels.
