This invention disclosure is a bridge safety condition analyzer, related to the technical field of safety detection. A monitoring base station is connected with a data monitoring center through a zigbee wireless communication transmission devices and comprises a flex sensor, digital vibration sensor (Supports the piezo sensor), x-ray technique sensor and single chip atmel microcontroller. The flex sensor, digital vibration sensor (basic of piezo sensor), load cell sensor, accelerometer sensor and X-Ray technology are connected with atmol series microcontroller. The ZigBee module comprises a power management unit and A/D (Analog and digital) convertor and a microprocessor which is connected in sequence. The bridge health monitoring also comprises a transceiver module comparing zigbee module. The transceiver module receives a control signal from the micro-control via serial interface and zigbee module adopts an AT89C51 integrated circuit block.
