Disclosed is a method and device in a communication network to utilize an integrated online platform to enable one or more first user to auction a food item to one or more second user. The device includes upload module, location module, display module, interaction module, time frame module, and action module. The upload module enables a first user to upload information pertaining to a food item. The location module tracks the location of the uploaded food item. The display module to display the uploaded information pertaining to the food item. The interaction module to initiate interaction between the first user and the second user in real-time in order to accomplish food delivery. The time frame module to provide an expiration duration to indicate time period for which the food item is available over the online platform. The action module to feed a particular time of food auction, and information pertaining to upcoming food item by the first user.
