The invention relates to methods of manual health practice. Proposed is a method of health effect on a human body by deforming a myofascial trigger zone by petrissage and twisting of subcutaneous fascia and muscles to reduce soreness, the petrissage is performed by holding fascia and muscles with operator's hands with subsequent pressing thereon, repeating up-and-down movements and stretching muscles and fascia between operator's hands, wherein pressing on fascia and muscles are alternated with their stretching of 5-10 repetition/minute until minimum resistance of body tissues is felt, holding the tissue stress at the reached resistance barrier, after which muscles and fascia are twisted towards the strongest resistance until reaching maximum tissue resistance on the barrier, holding them during 90-120 sec until relaxation is felt, after which acting directly on soft tissues in the epicenter of pain by petrissage of sentinel pile with subcutaneous tissue with soft pressing and intense twisting of tissues around the trigger zone. The use of present invention allows to improve general physical state and to enhance human organism adaptative resources within several sessions.
