"conjugated dienamides, production methods thereof, compositions containing them and their uses". comprising mixtures of at least four of the alkadienamides defined according to the structure, are described: where r represents n-C 1 -C 2 alkyl, r 1 is 2-methyl-1-propyl and r 2 is hydrogen, or r ~ 1 ~ and r ~ 2 ~, taken together, are a moiety having f (5 formula - (ch ~ 2 ~) ~ n ~ - where n is 4 or 5, or compositions containing substantial concentrations of these mixtures, prepared according to novel processes: (a) extracting a substantially ground dried fruit from one of the piper, piper longum linn or piper peepuloides species, (b) synthesis of natural product formation or (c) synthesis of synthetic product formation. Also described are the uses of the products thus formed to enhance, enhance or provide an aroma, taste, chemoesthetic effect and / or antibacterial effect to a consumable material and / or the oral cavity and / or mammalian epidermis.
