The modular box for separation, filtration and collection of oil in wastewater, by winding horizontal flows.Flows upward and downward vertical and detection and signalling the presence of oil output,It is characterized by a box separating oil in water (9) which receives oil mixtures in water and is capable of separating and retaining oil in industrial oil absorbent layer (43) so as to shedIn its output water free oil, avoiding the pollution of municipal water network (16).In the box separating oil in water (9) there are filter compartments, enclosures separau00e7u00e0o oil and an oil sensor (12) which closes a solenoid valve (5),Preventing oil spill in municipal rainwater network (16) when the webs are saturam, besides the signal locally or remotely through a buzzer (60) the need for maintenance.The industrial oil absorbent layer (43) are installed in the vertical drawers (28) interchangeable and easily removiveis that facilitate the maintenance.
