Here constructs are provided connected to immunomodulatory antigens multiespecu00edficos (miacs) and compositions comprising the constructs.Also are provided methods of use of the constructs and methods of manufacture of the constructs.It is described in this paper to construct a polypeptide binding antigen immunomodulator multiespecu00edfico (MLAC) comprising: a module connecting with the antigen immunomodulator multiespecu00edfico I (ABMI) that binds specifically to an antigen expressed in a cancer cell and module connecting with the antigen 2 (abm2) that binds specifically to a receptor activator expressed by a cell.Immune effector.In the connection of the receptor activator abm2 agonizes the receptor activator; and a connection module to an antigen 3 (abm3) that binds specifically to a receptor expressed by the cell immune inhibitor RuEtora, in which the connection of abm3 receptor inhibitor antagonizes receptor inhibitor, in which ABMI, abm2 and abm3 are operatively connected to each other and, optionally,In which each module connecting with the antigen is able to connect to the respective antigen or receptor, at the same time, each of the other modules for connection to the antigen is connected to its respectiveThe antigen or receptor.
