The present invention discloses a controller operatively connected to a dispensing system and configured to alter the dispensing of an agricultural input of the dispensing system at different predetermined locations within at least one predefined test site in a farm field management zone. The predetermined locations were randomized and replicated to quantify the agronomic response in a statistically valid manner.
