In this patent a new composite of a scheelite bivo4 (bvo with titanium anatase oxide (tio2) in the proportions of 515%, 22.8%, 30%, 45% and 60% was manufactured and studied in the microwave region. the temperature coefficient of the resonant frequency (if) presented very interesting values, especially for the 22.8% composite, where it obtained zf value very close to zero (0.69 ppm / ° c). between 31 and 67, caused by composite characteristics and stable dielectric losses in the order of 10-3 even with increasing titanium oxide percentages.This set of properties with stable behavior in relation to temperature variation is shown by the coefficient Frequency Resonant Temperature Properties These composite properties ensure that it can be safely used for the proper operation of components in microwave circuits, dielectric resonator antenna (dra), in addition to other important electronic components used in microelectronics.
